Aker Gains UVDB Silver Plus Accreditation and Scores 100% on Achilles UVDB Verify Audit

Aker Systems is pleased to announce that it has received Achilles UVDB Silver Plus accreditation again and successfully undergone Achilles' UVDB Verify Audit (Achilles UVDB Cat C Audit Assessed), passing with a 100% score Audit.

Aker scored 100% across the four key audit metrics evaluated by Achilles’ assessors. Completion of an Achilles UVDB Verify assessment is a key requirement of suppliers who need to demonstrate their capability for contracts with a high emphasis on Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ). The UVDB Silver Plus allows Aker Systems to continue to qualify as an approved supplier to the Utilities sector – allowing companies in the sector for Aker to manage their supply chain risks and to comply with EU procurement regulations.

This validation by Achilles was granted based on a rigorous independent audit of their Health & Safety, Quality and Environment management systems, both in-house and on-site and will be reassessed regularly. As a data modernisation provider to the Energy and Utilities sector, Aker Systems through their Achilles registration demonstrated that they continue to meet the operational requirements of companies in their market sector.‍
